Upon payment of a one-time fee of 5200 PLN net, we will prepare a customized offer, tailored to your needs and budget. The amount is independent of the value of the property and includes a full range of consulting services.

Tailored offer
You will receive proposals for selected properties even before you leave. We arrange on-site presentations at a convenient time, working with local agents.
4.
Support at every stage
We can help you book a hotel or apartment near the properties you are viewing. We arrange contact with the legal office, notary, and tax and credit specialists.
5.
Purchase and additional services
We support interior design and renovation with proven local companies. We provide guidance on paperwork such as setting up a bank account, insurance or connecting the Internet.
6.
Purchase finalization and after-sales care
Your dream is fulfilled! You can enjoy your new home, and we are available to help you with your needs.
