How does a corporate lease with ZenHome work?

Tell us about your expectations
Fill out the form and describe exactly what you are looking for, in what cities, how many rooms, how many people you want to accommodate, for what period, at what time and what your budget is. The more you give us information about what you are looking for the better we will understand your needs.

We'll tailor a solution for you
If our properties do not meet your expectations, we will search the entire real estate market to present the best solution for you and your needs. Together we discuss all the proposals sent. To verify the standard, we can also view the property in person, so we can get closer to your expectations. Our ultimate goal is to find the best apartment for the best price.
3.
Signing of the contract and issuance of keys
To facilitate the process, we sign most contracts remotely. After signing the contract, you will receive information about the date and time of collection of the keys. You can pass this information to your employee.
4.
Accommodation and contact person
On the day of release, you will meet with the contact person who will hand over the keys and sign the property handover protocol. This will be the person with whom your employee will be in contact on matters related to the property.
5.
Passing the keys and cleaning
The keys should be handed over to the contact person who will make an appointment with your employee at the property. They will sign a protocol for the return of the property on the spot. Cleaning is always included in the price of our service. The only thing your employee needs to remember is to get all his belongings out of the apartment.
